Each LED position carries a dual-chip bead — red and near-infrared on a single emitter. The driver board is developed in-house, delivering constant-current control with zero flicker. This is the electrical foundation behind the panel's therapeutic output, not a cosmetic specification.

The 60 LED panel is not a collection of off-shelf components fitted into a housing. Each subsystem — LED array, driver board, cooling and enclosure — is selected and integrated to work as a coordinated whole.

Dual-chip LED array

60 dual-chip beads covering five wavelengths — 630, 660, 810, 830 and 850 nm. Red and near-infrared on a single emitter per position, with 30° secondary lenses for controlled beam geometry.

In-house driver + control board

Constant-current LED driver developed in-house on our own SMT line. Zero-flicker output with managed dimming. The control board handles 3-in-1 input — touchscreen, remote and APP — through a single integrated circuit.

Single-fan cooling matched to the 145 W array output. Airflow path engineered into the housing profile — not an afterthought. Maintains stable LED junction temperature under continuous session use.

SPCC structural enclosure

Steel housing formed by laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and powder coating. Dimensional accuracy holds the LED array in alignment and gives the finished product the structural rigidity required for branded product programs.
